Growing up so fast...

I love the idea of a baby plan for new families! Owners of my baby plans have their children photographed at several milestones during the pivotal first year of life. These babies change so quickly, its amazing. Their moms and dads are guaranteed to have the photos they desire of all the sweet little parts and subtle changes that occur in a blink of an eye! This is one of my favorite little guys, ever! I met him for the first time when he was just a few weeks old. I know babies have a tendency to grow but this particular little guy is breaking records! I photographed him in early June for his six month birthday and again this week -not even two months later. I think his pictures speak for themselves -and he is getting cuter every time I see him if that is possible!

Sweet Sisters....

I was so lucky to be able to photograph this family before a long move they are about to make. Big sister was so protective and sweet with her baby sister...and the baby just adored her. We went to a beautiful park up in Lake County with a lake and gorgeous oak trees all around. The girls played and ran and I hope had a ball! The big wooden playground was a real pleaser especially the swings. Here are a few of my favorites! Enjoy!

I am a 'big sister", too and at three years old, she's already so careful with her little sister. Not sure the same could have been said for me!

TriCoast Weekend!

Just catching my breath from a fabulous weekend. I attended a workshop lead by some of the top wedding and senior photographers in the world. They are the folks from Tricoast Photography and in addition to being phenomenal behind the camera they are just plain crazy and fun! We had people from all over the country attending the two day sessions and I got to host everyone at my house on Saturday for brunch before the workshop began.

We had four fabulous models and shot at the Maitland Art Center and down at the lake near there. Beautiful setting -but hot! The models in no way minded when we asked them to jump into a fountain! Here's a few pictures - can you believe this was after they had been completely wet and had been posing in the 95 degree heat for four hours!

After dinner, we all learned about shooting very dramatic photos outdoors at night using portable lights. I can wait to try this out - anybody want to try this? This photo was taken outside in complete darkness - just love the light and color!
